Shipping Policy

T-Shirts and other merch are printed on demand, meaning we don't carry the item already made, we work with various printers and order your product at the time your order is placed. 

Once you have confirmed your order, it may not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, like the order address, please check with us as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Most items ship within 5-7 business days. Orders are typically sent via standard mail, directly from my production partner. Items may ship separately if multiple pieces are ordered. Note, we do not ship product to locations outside of the US.

Occasionally the printer will be out of stock for a certain size or color of shirt and we will contact you should a substitution need to be made.

If carrier tracking indicates that your order was lost in transit, you may make a written claim for replacement of the lost order in compliance with Just Jazzle’s Return Policy. For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.  All such claims are subject to Just Jazzle investigation and sole discretion.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the way items are ordered, We do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if there are any problems with your order. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, or improper fit.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
